Dr. Yage Wu is a General Dentist in Edison, New Jersey. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine.
Prior to becoming a dentist, Dr. Wu lived her childhood with her family in Santiago, Chile. She loves nature and Latin American cuisine. She is fluent in English, Chinese and Spanish!
Presently, Dr. Wu lives in Edison with her husband and their Turkish Van cat named Mushu. When not at the office, she can be found exploring all the local restaurants, or hiking up tall mountains – she recently made the summit of Mauna Kea, Hawaii!
Dr. Wu’s treatment philosophy focuses on effective diagnosis and treatment of dental conditions to achieve long-term oral health and function. She believes in the value of staying up to date with scientific research in dentistry, and she strives to help patients understand the work that is performed. One of Dr. Wu’s favorite areas in dentistry is dentures (an unpopular choice!). That is because it greatly resembles arts and crafts as it requires meticulous manual skills and patience.
